ArcusStone® coated foam offers a fully integrated and color coordinated system of crushed limestone coatings and plasters with the durability and finish of quarried stone. Designed to give you the beauty of stone at a fraction of the cost of quarried stone or pre-cast, ArcusStone® provides you the flexibility of shape, color, and texture selection to meet your needs.
Our foam fabricators use a computer-controlled foam cutting machine to cut shapes to your specifications. For a product with a spray or troweled on finish, we then spray a two-part urethane hardcoat on the shapes, and finish it with your choice of coating. You can choose between sand, fine sand, limestone, coral (coquina), and knockdown finishes. Custom colors are also available.
Our two manufacturing facilities include more than 45,000 square feet of production, administration and storage space.
